To accommodate the different needs, I offer a variety of paths, to ensure that you get the most out of your experience.

An initial assessment and a follow-up session: see below - £100

  • Initial Consultation (45 minutes ): Consultation, physical exam, and energy assessment.

  • Follow-up session (60 minutes): Review of findings, discussion of care plan options, and a full healing session.

Recommended care plans

Taking an active role in your care journey is valuable, as it will deepen your healing experience. Therefore, I offer courses that are designed with that in mind. Combining the healing sessions with structured learning exercises gives you the tools to implement your own self-care routine for improving your physical and mental health.

These care plans consist of 12 weekly 60-minute sessions. You will have an option to focus on the physical body, the mind and emotions, or a combination of the two. Click below for more details.

Price: £720

  • This care plan is all about giving you the tools to implement your own self-care routine for your body. It’s the perfect blend of energy healing, chiropractic-based techniques, yoga-inspired reconditioning exercises and breathe work to cultivate strength and stability across the entire body.
    The benefits of this care plan are both physical and mental. Physically, the plan will help to release tension, increase mobility, improve posture and relieve pain from over-used muscle groups and irritated joints. Mentally, you will take a step back from the athletic intensity and everyday stresses of life to reset your nervous system and unwind, which reduces stress, improves mood and helps sleep.

  • Get out of your head and into your body with this powerful care plan. Whether your aim is to reduce anxiety or overwhelm, improve confidence or motivation, or help achieving your goals, this plan will help shift your awareness, balance your energy and find your centre. On this journey, you will learn about the mind-body connection and how the protective habits of the mind might be holding you back in certain areas of your life. Blending energy healing with written exercises, movement, meditation and breathe work we will craft a self-care routine centred on smoothing out the waves of the mind and creating a safe space for re-connection.

  • Fancy a little bit of both? Why not combine some of the body reconditioning work with lessons based around your mind and emotions? We can weave these body and mind focused exercises into your care plan, to create a self-care routine that satisfies your needs and interests.

Alternative care plans

For some people, making the space in their lives for a course of care is enough. Committing to regular care and giving the body some time each week to heal is a great step in the right direction to improved physical and mental health.

For this reason, I also offer care plans that consist purely of healing sessions, without prescribing you learning exercises.

    Want to create a fundamental shift in how you feel? Then a 12-week plan is recommended. This allows a good amount of time to work through the accumulated layers of stress and trauma in the body, and explore various chiropractic body-based healing methods to complement the energy work. The plan aims to open up more space in your body and mind, instill a deeper sense of self-compassion, strengthen your mind-body connection, and enhance self-awareness.

    This 6-week plan will get your body energies flowing better, and initiate deep inner healing throughout the body. We will have the time to find out where your curiosity takes you once you start the healing process. It just might be the spark you need to delve deeper into discovering how extraordinary your body is.
